A new addition to the Maka clan (26 BBY to 21 BBY)
It was time for a new addition to the Maka clan. The Maka is a nomadic clan, traveling the galaxy as merchants, entertainers and hunters. Most of the time, the Maka clan would be spread over the galaxy. But sometimes they gather and travel together. As tradition for the clan, Azaro's parents traveled to Ryloth for his birth to take place there. Here they stayed for the first 5 years of his life, a peaceful time for the family. Then they resumed their journey in space.
Shattered dreams (17 BBY)
Since Azaro left Ryloth with his parents, the Maka clan had suffered great losses due to the Clone Wars. It was difficult being space nomads, and often they had come into situations that they just barely survived. Things had to change, an assembly of the clan was arranged. The life they had lived for a long time were about to end.
Shortly after the Maka ships had gathered, they were attacked by Imperials. There was no warning before the attack began. Nothing could be done, they were outnumbered and escape was all they could hope for. Azaro's parents were badly hurt during the attack, they knew they would not survive for long and put Azaro in his own escape pod. Most of the escape pods were shot down, but a few managed to get away from the battle.
The dreams of the Maka clan were shatterd, and Azaro was all alone in an escape pod.
A new life (17 BBY)
Azaro drifted through space, in a small pod. "Life support low." - a cold and synthetic voice said out of the speakers. It repeated itself every few minutes. And then, out of nowhere, a bright light filled up the pod. Many thoughts ran through Azaro's mind, still just a young boy. A sudden noise, CLANK!, and then the pod stopped drifting and moved in a different way than before. Exhausted and afraid, it all became too much for Azaro. The pod door opens and he pass out.
