Gambit is a modified YT-2400, originally owned by a Odeon Ad'waal. The ship was later claimed legally by a Hendar Gahn after the death of the old Twi'lek. Hendar has had to reclaim the ship on two seperate occasions after it was stolen from its hanger.

History of the Gambit

Originally outfitted to serve as a Smuggling vessel, a lot of its features got removed by Imperial engineers on Taris after the owner was killed in a shooting incident. It was later legally claimed by Hendar Gahn, afterwards it would be parked somewhere in the Western Dune Sea of Tatooine for a long time.

It was stolen on two occasions, first by a local gang on Tatooine and later on by a scavenger called Yurel Kon. Hendar managed to reclaim the ship on both occasions.

Unfortunately the ship was only used for storage for a long period. Some repair droids under Hendar's directive that had developed quirks, enjoyed spending time in the vessel.

Shortly after he managed to get his pilot license, Hendar took the Gambit and several passengers on a flight to Geonosis. As the ship exited hyperspace over Geonosis, the upper turret along with some platings was ripped off from the hull. Fortunately no one was injured and the ship was quickly repaired on Geonosis before it flew back to Tatooine.
