A version of the famous B-1 Battle Droids used by CIS during the Clone Wars, the MYB-1 Battle Droid is a modified version of the droid. They use E-5 blaster rifles that were standard during the Clone Wars for the B-1 Battle Droid, the only note worthy feature of the MYB-1 version is their direct contact with a command control. Having a video uplink, they use wrist communication datapads and cameras to relay information. A previous version to the standard MYB-1 seen now in the Outpost had a terrible AI and needed constant maintance to be upheld in working order. Many times they had to be shut down because they had attacked non-hostile targets.
History
During the begining of the Clone Wars, several droids were purchased by members of the Aliit Gahn. A system was installed to ensure they were kept under control, because they were previously allowed to roam as they pleased. Many developed quirks and rebelled on their 'masters' which is why from the original amount of 10 MYB-1 battle droids, only 5 remained in working order. An A-model was produced later on with a more improved AI and better combat capabilities. However only 2 droids were oufitted with these features because of the expensive equipment installed. Currently there are 7 security droids scattered around the Outpost, 4 of which has a masculine programming and the remaining 3 have a feminine programming.
