Najiba was the Najib homeworld. It was a remote world covered with wetlands and its surface was lashed with atmospheric electrical discharges and frequent rainstorms. It was a backwater world with a considerable degree of criminal activity. Najiba was located a mere one-hour's hyperspace travel from the Trulalis system. During one half of its elliptical orbit, Najiba passed near a hazardous asteroid belt known as the "Children of Najiba," at which time all travel to and from the planet was restricted.
Black Sun Operatives were reported to have tried to make a foot hold on the planet, however their Transports were intercepted and destroyed by the Hutt Fleet and with aid of the Ghost Squadron. There are some Alliance Command Posts hidden across the planet.

This Planet is used within a Dune Sea Desperadoes Plots and is so part of the SEAverse of Star Wars lore.
