Introduction
Following the loss of key personnel in skirmishes during the latter quarter of 4ABY and conflicts with many organisations, in order to guarantee safety and stability within Outmian Yakta and for all Dune Sea Enterprises Personnel, overall structure of DSE's Security, and Squadrons were reaffirmed.
OSF will continue the fine traditions set by Drackos Shadat and continued by Max Rockatanski within Security, the foresight of Tarrik Sunstrider and Rhyley Stargazer and the ambition of Draxia Shadat and Raedan Kitani, however with the necessity to maintain stability for our personnel and city, command of OSF has fallen to Squadron Commander Rhyley Stargazer. This will see the merging of the Ghost Squadron, DSE Security, Outmian Militia and DSE Intelligence. Though each company will be maintained, they will complimented and supported within a grander infrastructure.
Command Structure
Overall command will be given to the person designated by Company Executive Caerwynn Royce and the city's current Mayor. This person will under their requests maintain all organisation of the OSF and current tasks that may be highlighted for immediate consideration. That person though may be experienced in one of the fields within OSF will have the support of all senior members of OSF and the continued support of everyone tied to Dune Sea Enterprises.

OSF employs agents of many skills, including computer experts, technicians, commandos, security guards, diplomats and snipers. The agency will become extremely efficient, and the few criminal organisations able to operate for extended periods of time within the Arkanis Sector will be targeted for infiltration by one of our operatives.
Undercover officers will be allowed to participate in crimes against property, but must not aid in or even allow crimes against Outmian Yakta's people. All undercover agents do not have to do anything they morally or philosophically objected to.
Security - The Krayts
DSE Sec and Militia will be merged and it will formally be known as 'The Krayts'. They are the premier line of defense for both the Dune Sea Enterprises and the citizens of Outmian Yakta. The main priority of the 'Krayts' is in investigating crimes that affected the City of Outmian Yakta, and to eliminate any legal wrangling that would impede a swift resolution to crime. They are also to operate in any operation instigated by Dune Sea Enterprises across the galaxy.

Trooper(s)
Krayt Troopers are given overall command of sorties or operations when no commanding officer is present. Their sole purpose is to maintain the Security of Outmian Yakta and Dune Sea Enterprises. They maybe chosen to carry out either Trooper Duties or Guard and Scout Duties.

Guard(s)
Krayt Guards are to maintain security on DSE Buildings and Structures, when a visible presence is required. Cantina Nights and Yearly Celebrations are just two examples of this.

Scout(s)
Krayt Scouts are to operate around the vicinity of Outmian Yakta, Mos Yaim, Wayfar, Sunfall and Bestine and maintain an active patrol during the Dune Sea's busiest operating times.

Support Members
Not required to actively take part in patrols or inspections hpwever if certain scenarios give rise for the need of more hands or specific type opertives then the Support Members are required to offer aid to the 'Krayts'.

Intelligence Division - Wraids
DSE Intelligence is to be given more funding and support than previously abled. Renamed 'Wraids', they're dedicated to collect information, secret and otherwise, for the Dune Sea Enterprises. It is headquartered at Tatooine though exact location will remain unknown for security reasons.

Tactical & Communications
The Tactical & Communications Officers are the driving force behind the 'Wraids'. They are always in control over other sections as it is their insight into the gathering of Intelligence that will be crucial for the Intelligence Division to be successful. Thus in all operations, their decisions will be acted upon.

Internal Agents
Dealing with Intelligence on all persons frequenting Outmian and its many attractions, these Agents will help gather a database on possible threats to the city and possible recruitment of new arrivals.

External Agents
Dealing with the gathering from further afield. They may be required to infiltrate other organisations to recover the neccessary information crucial to the success of Dune Sea Enterprises.

Imperial Secondment and Disbandment
With the imposition of an Imperial Mayor, Morlain Kaboor, the OSF was seconded to the Empire. Instructed to take orders only from those in military command, many were unhappy at this turn of events, but were unable to take little overt action.
Following the battles of Hoth and New Plympto, several members were revealed as Rebels and the OSF was left depleted when they left Outmian Yakta and joined the Alliance. As the Imperial war machine's attention was diverted to tracking the Alliance, the Empire withdrew from Outmian Yakta. Following the Mayor's death in 5.9 ABY, the OSF was officially disbanded.
